Lead Pastor

Pastor Troy has been married to his wife Catherine since 1993 and they have 2 adult children, Megan and Faith. Troy was born in Old Mines, MO and enjoys travel and sports, especially St Louis Blues hockey and the St. Louis Cardinals. He also loves cooking on his Blackstone Griddle.

Patty Giebink

Business Administrator

Patty and her husband Adam have been members of First Washington United Methodist Church since the fall of 2012 when they moved back to Missouri from Michigan. They have a cat Milli and a dog Tesla. Patty loves animals, traveling, and making jewelry.

Sally McColloch

Youth Director

Sally has been married to her husband since 2000. They have 2 children, Brayden and Brooke. The family moved to Washington in July 2020 from Salem, MO. She is an art teacher at Prairie Dell Elementary School. She loves being creative, hanging out with family and friends, doing yoga, and traveling.

Worship Arts Director

Adam was born and raised in Rolla, MO. After spending time at MIZZOU and Michigan State, he moved back to Washington with his wife Patty and their pets. Adam’s interests include science, music, and following all things Green Bay Packers.

Chester Cannon

Media Director

Born in St. Louis and moved to Washington when he was ten, Chester calls Washington home and has been a church member over 35 years. He has been the church's media guy for over fifteen years. He has two adult daughters, Erin and Alison, and a granddaughter, Alice. He enjoys old movies and radio dramas and is a huge fan of Stephen King books.

Julie Dotson

Soul Care Leader

Julie has been married to her husband, Jim, for 40+ years. They have 3 adult children, Ryan, Jessie, Shannon and 8 grandchildren ranging in ages from 2 to 15. Julie was born in Phoenix, Arizona and has lived in several states from California to Pennsylvania. She loves spending time with family and friends, and the outdoors, especially anything near water. Julie loves to read, learn new things and express her creativity.
