Unity in Community - March 26th
First Washington UMC will be hosting the bimonthly meeting of Franklin County Unity in Community at 1pm on Thursday, March 26th.
Easter Egg Hunt - March 29th
Make a plan to attend our church’s Easter Egg Hunt and invite friends!
After service on Palm Sunday, March 29, at 11am, First Washington will be hosting an Easter egg hunt. Come participate in the outreach of your church to the wider Washington community.

Holy Thursday Love Feast - April 2nd
First Washington UMC will be hosting a Love Feast meal Thursday, April 2nd at 6pm. All are invited to our table, just as Jesus never turned anyone away from his own.
The Love Feast is a Christian fellowship meal recalling the tables Jesus shared with disciples during his ministry, and expressing the "koinonia" (community, sharing, companionship) enjoyed by followers of Jesus. It's a time to share in conversation and good news, and remember a common story of Jesus' love. A meal will be provided.
Join this celebration of the unity and fellowship modeled by Christ Jesus.
Fiction Book Discussion - April 7th
The Fiction Book group's current selection is "Up from Dust: Martha's Story" by Heather Kaufman, a novel of historical fiction about the life of Martha of Bethany, sister of Mary and Lazarus.
Read the book at your leisure and join us for a group discussion on Tuesday, April 7th at 6pm (location TBD). Contact Patty Giebink for further information.
Women's Monthly Mingle - April 13th
Ladies! Monday, April 13th will be our next Women's Monthly Mingle! We will be meeting at Big Boys in Washington at 5:30pm. Latecomers are always welcome! Join us for a meal, fellowship, and friendship.
