August's Women's Monthly Mingle will take place on Monday, August 10th at White Rose Cafe in Union.
Please RSVP to Terri Ritter if you plan to attend. These dinners begin at 5:30pm but latecomers are always welcome!

First Washington is partnering with our friends at South Pointe Assisted Living to collect school supplies for the upcoming school year. Donation boxes are available at the church and must be dropped off no later than Sunday, August 16th. Items can be dropped off at the church 8am-noon Monday-Friday.

Students are invited to bring their school backpacks to church to be blessed for the upcoming school year!

Washington's annual Foodstock event will be held at the Farmers' Market on August 22nd from 5-10pm. Foodstock features local bands, and food and drinks will be available for purchase. Lawn chairs are recommended.
Admission to the event is monetary or non-perishable food donations.

First Washington UMC participates in the weekly Harvest Table outreach in Washington. On Saturday, September 12th, we will be serving our community by providing fellowship and a hot meal to those in need in our area.
Volunteers are needed at St Peter's UCC from 4-6:20pm to help with meal prep, dining room set-up, and meal service.
