Community Event! National Day of Prayer Celebration - May 7, 2026
Thursday, May 7th is the 75th Annual National Day of Prayer. Washington VFW Post 2661 will be hosting a celebration at noon at their Post (813 Jefferson St) in honor of this day.
This year's theme is "Glorify God Among the Nations. Seek Him In All Generations." Our community will pray together for America - for education, churches, media,

Women's monthly mingle May 11th
May's Women's Monthly Mingle will take place Monday, May 11th outside under the church pavilion (weather permitting)! We will be having a salad supper, so please bring a dish to share for this evening of laughter and fellowship.

This month's Women's Monthly Mingle will take place at Pasta House in Union on June 8th.
Please RSVP to Terri Ritter if you plan to attend. These dinners begin at 5:30pm but latecomers are always welcome!

Following service on Sunday, June 14th, we will be having an all-church potluck lunch out in the church pavilion (weather permitting!). Please bring a dish to share with our church family and enjoy this fellowship opportunity!

First Washington UMC participates in the weekly Harvest Table outreach in Washington. On Saturday, June 27th, we will be serving our community alongside the St Peter's UCC family to provide fellowship and a hot meal to those in need in our area.
Volunteers are needed from 4-6:20pm to help with meal prep, dining room set-up, and meal servic
