First Washington United Methodist Church

In 1855, First Washington United Methodist Church was founded as a preaching station, located at 205 East 5th Street. To accommodate a growing congregation, the church built and relocated to the current facility on St Johns Road in 1999.

Everyone is welcome at First Washington UMC, where we engage in meaningful fellowship, prioritize inclusion, and grow together in faith and our mission of bringing God's kingdom to the world around us. We believe in creating a space for authentic encounters with Christ, to discover our gifts and how to use them for God's glory. Join us for our Sunday services!

Worship services are held Sundays at 9:30am and are livestreamed to our YouTube page for viewing at any time.
